I’m Matt Cordts, and I’ve embraced the hot dog as a gourmet food. From Fozzy Dogs—Vienna beef with blue cheese and blue cheese dressing, topped with bacon, caramelized onions, and Bauer’s mustard—to a vegetarian carrot dog made with a whole carrot marinated in teriyaki and sesame and topped with goat cheese, truffle oil, and ginger slaw, there is something here for nearly every appetite.
