Welcome to Fraser Valley Hot Dog!  

We have a tiny kitchen and are doing everything we can to accomodate guests with our large patio, next door brewery, and to-go orders. When our kitchen gets busy, orders can take more than 45 minutes.

I’m Matt Cordts and I’ve embraced the hot dog as a gourmet food. From Fozzy Dogs (Vienna beef with blue cheese and blue cheese dressing topped with bacon, caramelized onions and Bauers mustard) to a vegetarian carrot dog (a whole carrot marinated in teriyaki and sesame and topped with goat cheese, truffle oil and ginger slaw)—or whether its just a regular hot dog, stop by Fraser Valley Hot Dog located across the street from Cooper Creek in Winter Park, Colorado to experience the best hot dogs anywhere.
